Friends Night at the MAC

Thank you for another fantastic event in Garfield Park. The Nauti Yachtys were amazing – best band for Friend’s Night yet. Fireworks from Ramsey Pyrotechnics were spectacular and big high fives to Garfield Brewery and all our food vendors, too. Special thanks to Zink Distributing and Smock Fansler Corporation for sponsorship of the event! With them and with additional support from park lovers like YOU, this event will continue to be free for all to enjoy.

Opera in the Park

We had to dodge some rain drops and lightning delayed the performance, but once the clouds parted the show went on! Together with the Indianapolis Opera, the Friends were honored to have Indianapolis Parks and Recreation Director, Brittany Crone, join us for the evening. Thank you to our partners and the production arts team for their help with the event.

Golf Outing

Huge thank you to all the friends who joined us at Sarah Shank to support Garfield Park and the mission of the Friends. Thanks to our friends at Kirby Risk, SAK Construction, BSN, Kopec Electric, Bison Creek Advisors, Offset House, Mader Design, Zink Distributing Company, Tangram, Sharp Guys Web Design, Smock Fansler Corporation, Tube Processing Corporation and the Garfield Park Neighborhood Association for sponsoring FORE Garfield 2025.
