The saying goes, “you eat an elephant one bite at a time.” For the Friends of Garfield Park, said elephant is the fountain capital campaign, and with help from the MIBOR Realtors Association we just took a big bite!

Huge thank you the entire MIBOR team for your support, especially Maddie Love and Brad Coffing. Without these powerful connections and people, the fountains would continue to deteriorate.
Interestingly enough, Wikipedia taught me that elephants have a “fission-fusion society, in which multiple family groups come together to socialize.” How appropriate for this project!! The fountains belong to everyone!!
Friends of Garfield Park still need to raise $1M. If you, too, can give to the fountain capital campaign, we would be so grateful. Thanks again to our friends at MIBOR. Read the full press release here.
